What happens behind the scenes
1. You create your account
Choose a plan and enter your business name, your name, phone and email. That’s enough for us to start, then you start your 7-day free trial.
2. Your call flow is built for you
We build your call flow from your website and Google Business Profile: greeting, the services to ask callers about, the questions to ask and how to close. It’s laid out as simple cards. Change what she says, add “Instructions for her (not said out loud)”, choose “Save their answer as”, and add a “Something else” choice. She asks only what your flow asks. Made a change you don’t like? “Undo last save” goes back up to 10 steps.
3. You test it and coach it
Press Test my agent and talk to it in your browser. The conversation appears line by line. Tap any line your agent says, press Coach this and say how you want it said. After real calls, open Calls, Chats & Coaching, read what was said and polish the wording. Save it, and your agent uses it on the next call. Coaching changes her words, never your flow, and “Put the old words back” is always one tap away.
4. You forward your calls
Send calls from your business number to your new line. You can forward every call, only after-hours calls, or only the calls you don’t pick up. Your phone company can usually turn this on quickly.
5. Get new customer inquiries sent straight to your phone
After each call you get an email with the caller’s details, plus a text if you turn texts on. Want something changed? Coach it yourself, any time.
