This policy explains what information The Color of AI Answering Service (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and our answering service, and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you create an account we collect your business name, your name, email address, phone number, the plan you choose, a password (stored in hashed form) and anything you enter in your call setup, such as greetings, hours, services, transfer numbers and notes.
Information from calls we answer for you
When we answer calls on your behalf, we process the information callers provide, such as their name, phone number, service address and the reason for their call, so we can send you call summaries. We act on your behalf when handling caller information.
Technical information
Like most websites, we log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and we use cookies needed to keep you logged in. We record the IP address used at signup to help prevent abuse.

Sharing
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and the answering service (such as hosting, telephone, messaging and email providers), and when required by law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you choose to get call summary texts, we use your mobile number only to send those texts and messages about your account. Mobile numbers and SMS/texting opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Retention
We keep account information while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your choices
You can update your call setup from your account page, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
