Call Summary Texts

Program: The Color of AI Answering Service Call Summary Texts, sent by The Color of AI (an AI receptionist service) to business owners who opt in.

After you set up your answering line, you can choose to get a short text after each call we answer for you. It tells you who called, their number and what they need. We may also text you about your calls and important account updates. We don’t send marketing texts. To opt in, check the texting box during setup or turn on texts in your account settings. It’s optional and not required to use the service.

• Msg frequency varies: it depends on your calls. Busy day, more texts. Quiet day, fewer.
• Stop anytime: reply STOP to any text. We’ll confirm once, and then the texts stop. You’ll still get your summaries by email. To turn texts back on, reply START or switch them on in your account.
• Need help? Reply HELP, or email info@thecolorofai.com.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers aren’t responsible for late or undelivered messages.
• Your number stays private: we don’t share or sell your mobile number or your texting consent to anyone for marketing.
