These terms apply to your use of this website and The Color of AI Answering Service (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The Service
We provide an AI-powered telephone answering service for businesses. We answer calls on your behalf using a script based on the information you give us, and we send you summaries of those calls.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you sign up.
Free trial and plans
The free trial lasts 7 days and requires a valid payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged the monthly price of your plan on day 8 and every month after that. We will email you about 2 days before the trial ends with a link to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Plans are billed monthly and include a set number of minutes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you use more minutes than your plan includes, each extra minute costs $0.35 on Starter, $0.30 on Pro or $0.25 on Business, and is added to your next monthly bill.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information in your script, for following up with your callers, and for complying with laws that apply to your business and your calls, including any rules about call recording and disclosure in your area.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harassing purposes, or to place unsolicited marketing calls.
No guarantees
We work hard to answer every call and deliver every summary, but telephone, messaging and internet services can fail. The Service is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for missed calls, lost business or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
Call Summary Texts (SMS)
Program: The Color of AI Answering Service Call Summary Texts. If you opt in, we text the mobile number you give us a short summary after each call we answer for you, plus alerts about your account. We don’t send marketing texts. Opting in is optional and isn’t required to use the service.
Msg frequency varies with your call volume. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@thecolorofai.com. Reply START to turn texts back on.
Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We never share or sell your mobile number or texting consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Call Summary Texts page.
Changes
We may update these terms or the Service. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know by email.
